Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Half cup salsa to serve

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Mash black beans lightly with cumin in small bowl
  2. Step 2: Heat pan over medium heat
  3. Step 3: Lay tortilla flat add half the cheese
  4. Step 4: Add bean mixture on one half
  5. Step 5: Fold over press down firmly
  6. Step 6: Cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden flip
  7. Step 7: Cook other side 2 minutes until golden and cheese melted
  8. Step 8: Slice serve immediately with salsa
