Method
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat
- Step 2: Add black beans and all spices stir well
- Step 3: Add water stir to coat every bean with spices
- Step 4: Cook 5 to 6 minutes until hot and fragrant
- Step 5: Roughly mash one third of beans with fork
- Step 6: Warm taco shells in oven 2 minutes
- Step 7: Fill shells with beans top with cheese and all toppings
- Step 8: Serve immediately with lime wedges
