Method
- Step 1: Heat large skillet over medium high heat
- Step 2: Add ground beef break apart cook 8 minutes until browned
- Step 3: Drain excess fat
- Step 4: Add taco seasoning stir to coat
- Step 5: Add rice and beef broth stir well bring to boil
- Step 6: Reduce heat to low cover
- Step 7: Simmer 18 to 20 minutes until rice tender and liquid absorbed
- Step 8: Sprinkle cheese on top cover 2 minutes until melted
- Step 9: Serve with sour cream salsa and cilantro

— Don't lift lid while simmering
— If rice not tender add splash
