Ingredients
  

  • 600 g chicken breast diced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 400g
  • Half cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Fresh basil handful
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Season chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Step 2: Heat olive oil in large pan over medium high heat
  3. Step 3: Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes until golden and mostly cooked through
  4. Step 4: Add garlic cook 1 minute
  5. Step 5: Add crushed tomatoes bring to simmer
  6. Step 6: Simmer 8 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken cooked through
  7. Step 7: Reduce heat to low stir in cream gently
  8. Step 8: Add torn basil leaves serve over pasta or rice

— Add cream at low heat to
prevent splitting
