- Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in large wok over highest heat until smoking

- Step 6: Push everything to edges pour eggs in center scramble until 70 percent set
- Step 7: Add cold rice break up clumps mix everything together
- Step 8: Let sit 1 minute pressed against hot wok for crispy bits
- Step 9: Add soy sauce and sesame oil toss well
- Step 10: Top with green onions serve immediately
