Ingredients
  

  • 600 g ground beef
  • 12 taco shells hard or soft
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 3 ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Quarter cup water
  • Sour cream salsa guacamole
  • Lime wedges to serve

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat large pan over medium high heat no oil needed
  2. Step 2: Add ground beef break apart constantly cook 8 minutes until fully browned
  3. Step 3: Drain excess fat carefully
  4. Step 4: Add taco seasoning and water stir to coat every piece of beef
  5. Step 5: Simmer 3 minutes until sauce thickens around beef
  6. Step 6: Warm taco shells oven 3 minutes or microwave 30 seconds
  7. Step 7: Set out toppings in small bowls taco bar style
  8. Step 8: Everyone builds their own tacos serve with lime wedges
