- Step 1: Pat shrimp completely dry
- Step 2: Season generously with salt and pepper
- Step 3: Heat 2 tablespoons butter in pan over medium high heat
- Step 4: Add shrimp single layer cook 90 seconds without moving
- Step 5: Flip cook 90 more seconds until pink and curled remove from heat immediately
- Step 6: Reduce heat to low add remaining butter and garlic
- Step 7: Cook 1 minute until fragrant add lemon juice
- Step 8: Return shrimp to pan toss in sauce
- Step 9: Top with fresh parsley serve immediately
