Ingredients
  

  • 600 g large shrimp peeled
  • and deveined
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Fresh parsley handful chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Pat shrimp completely dry
  2. Step 2: Season generously with salt and pepper
  3. Step 3: Heat 2 tablespoons butter in pan over medium high heat
  4. Step 4: Add shrimp single layer cook 90 seconds without moving
  5. Step 5: Flip cook 90 more seconds until pink and curled remove from heat immediately
  6. Step 6: Reduce heat to low add remaining butter and garlic
  7. Step 7: Cook 1 minute until fragrant add lemon juice
  8. Step 8: Return shrimp to pan toss in sauce
  9. Step 9: Top with fresh parsley serve immediately
