- Step 1: Mix honey soy sauce garlic and vinegar together in small bowl set aside
- Step 2: Season chicken generously with salt and pepper
- Step 3: Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat
- Step 4: Add chicken smooth side down cook 6 to 7 minutes without touching until golden
- Step 5: Flip cook other side 5 minutes until cooked through
- Step 6: Pour honey garlic sauce over chicken
- Step 7: Cook 2 to 3 minutes turning chicken in sauce until it reduces and becomes sticky and glossy
- Step 8: Serve immediately over rice spooning all the sauce over top
- Step 9: Top with sesame seeds and green onions
