- Step 1: Mix honey soy sauce garlic and vinegar together in small bowl
- Step 2: Season chicken generously with salt and pepper
- Step 3: Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat
- Step 4: Add chicken smooth side down cook 6 to 7 minutes without moving until deeply golden
- Step 5: Flip cook other side 5 minutes until cooked through
- Step 6: Pour honey garlic sauce over chicken
- Step 7: Cook 2 to 3 minutes turning chicken in sauce until sticky and glossy and caramelized
- Step 8: Serve immediately over rice topped with sesame seeds and green onions spooning all sauce over everything
