- Step 1: Season chicken generously with salt and pepper
- Step 2: Mix honey and mustard together in small bowl
- Step 3: Heat olive oil in large pan over medium high heat
- Step 4: Add chicken cook 6 to 7 minutes without moving until golden
- Step 5: Flip cook other side 5 minutes
- Step 6: Pour honey mustard mixture over chicken
- Step 7: Reduce heat to low cook 3 to 4 minutes turning chicken in glaze until sticky and caramelized
- Step 8: Serve immediately spooning extra glaze over top
