  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Mix honey soy sauce and garlic together
  2. Step 2: Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
  3. Step 3: Add salmon skin side down cook 5 minutes
  4. Step 4: Flip cook 3 minutes
  5. Step 5: Pour glaze over salmon
  6. Step 6: Cook 2 to 3 minutes turning gently in glaze until sticky and caramelized
  7. Step 7: Top with sesame seeds serve immediately spooning extra glaze over top
