- Step 1: Season salmon generously with salt and pepper
- Step 2: Heat pan over medium high heat add 1 tablespoon butter
- Step 3: Add salmon skin side down if applicable cook 5 minutes until golden
- Step 4: Flip cook 3 to 4 more minutes until flakes easily
- Step 5: Remove salmon to plate
- Step 6: Same pan reduce heat to low add remaining butter and garlic
- Step 7: Cook 1 minute until fragrant add lemon juice
- Step 8: Pour sauce over salmon top with lemon slices serve immediately
