- Step 1: Pat salmon completely dry season generously with salt and pepper
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in pan over medium high heat
- Step 3: Add salmon skin side down cook 5 minutes without moving
- Step 4: Flip cook 3 to 4 minutes until flakes easily
- Step 5: Remove salmon to plate
- Step 6: Reduce heat to low add remaining butter and garlic
- Step 7: Cook 1 minute add lemon juice
- Step 8: Pour sauce over salmon top with lemon slices serve
