Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lemons one sliced one juiced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh dill or parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Pat salmon completely dry season generously with salt and pepper
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in pan over medium high heat
  3. Step 3: Add salmon skin side down cook 5 minutes without moving
  4. Step 4: Flip cook 3 to 4 minutes until flakes easily
  5. Step 5: Remove salmon to plate
  6. Step 6: Reduce heat to low add remaining butter and garlic
  7. Step 7: Cook 1 minute add lemon juice
  8. Step 8: Pour sauce over salmon top with lemon slices serve
