One Pan Chicken Alfredo

Pasta cooks directly in the sauce so the starch thickens everything beautifully without extra cream needed. This quick one pan dinner idea tastes like way more effort than dumping everything in one pot and stirring occasionally.

Notes

— Stir frequently — pasta
can stick to bottom
of pot
— Sauce thickens more as
it sits — add splash of
broth if too thick
— Don't skip stirring in
last few minutes —
this is where it
comes together
— Add baby spinach in
last 2 minutes for
extra nutrition
