- Step 1: Mix filling with cumin and garlic powder

- Step 3: Lay tortilla flat in pan sprinkle cheese evenly over surface
- Step 4: Add filling to one half only
- Step 5: Fold over press down firmly
- Step 6: Cook 2 to 3 minutes until deeply golden
- Step 7: Flip cook other side 2 minutes until golden
- Step 8: Rest 1 full minute before slicing — this is essential
- Step 9: Serve with salsa and sour cream
