Method
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C or 425F
- Step 2: Mix melted butter Cajun seasoning garlic and lemon juice together
- Step 3: Toss sausage and corn pieces in half the butter mixture
- Step 4: Spread on large sheet pan roast 10 minutes
- Step 5: Add shrimp to pan toss with remaining butter mixture
- Step 6: Roast 5 more minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through
- Step 7: Toss everything together on pan
- Step 8: Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley and lemon wedges
