One Pan Shrimp and Sausage Boil

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 smoked sausages sliced
  • 2 corn cobs cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Fresh parsley to serve
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C or 425F
  2. Step 2: Mix melted butter Cajun seasoning garlic and lemon juice together
  3. Step 3: Toss sausage and corn pieces in half the butter mixture
  4. Step 4: Spread on large sheet pan roast 10 minutes
  5. Step 5: Add shrimp to pan toss with remaining butter mixture
  6. Step 6: Roast 5 more minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through
  7. Step 7: Toss everything together on pan
  8. Step 8: Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley and lemon wedges

— Shrimp cooks fast —
add later than sausage
and corn
— Don't overcook shrimp —
they go rubbery quickly
— Frozen shrimp works just
thaw and pat dry first
