- Step 1: Heat large skillet over medium high heat
- Step 2: Add ground beef break apart cook 8 minutes until browned
- Step 3: Drain excess fat
- Step 4: Add taco seasoning stir to coat beef
- Step 5: Add rice beans diced tomatoes and broth stir well
- Step 6: Bring to boil reduce heat to low cover
- Step 7: Simmer 18 to 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed
- Step 8: Sprinkle cheese over top cover 2 minutes until melted
- Step 9: Top with cilantro serve with sour cream salsa and avocado
