Method
- Step 1: Mix teriyaki sauce ingredients together set aside
- Step 2: Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat
- Step 3: Add chicken cook 5 minutes until golden
- Step 4: Add rice stir to coat 1 minute
- Step 5: Add chicken broth and half the teriyaki sauce bring to boil
- Step 6: Reduce heat to low cover simmer 15 minutes until rice is tender
- Step 7: Add frozen vegetables and remaining teriyaki sauce stir gently
- Step 8: Cover 2 more minutes until vegetables are heated
- Step 9: Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions
