Quick Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 8 taco shells hard or soft
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Quarter cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • Sour cream and salsa to serve
  • Lime wedges to serve

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat large pan over medium high heat
  2. Step 2: Add ground beef break apart cook 8 to 10 minutes until fully browned
  3. Step 3: Drain excess fat carefully
  4. Step 4: Add taco seasoning and water stir to coat everything
  5. Step 5: Simmer 3 minutes until sauce thickens around beef
  6. Step 6: Warm taco shells oven 3 minutes or microwave 30 seconds
  7. Step 7: Set out all toppings in small bowls taco bar style
  8. Step 8: Serve immediately with lime wedges
