- Step 3: Lay tortilla flat in pan sprinkle cheese evenly over surface
- Step 4: Add chicken on one half only
- Step 5: Fold over press firmly with spatula
- Step 6: Cook 3 minutes until deeply golden underneath
- Step 7: Flip cook other side 2 to 3 minutes until equally golden
- Step 8: Rest 1 minute before slicing into triangles
- Step 9: Serve with salsa and sour cream
