Ingredients
  

  • 300 g egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 400 g chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli small florets
  • 2 medium carrots julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
SAUCE:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds to serve

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cook noodles per package instructions drain toss with tiny bit of sesame oil to prevent sticking
  2. Step 2: Mix all sauce ingredients together set aside
  3. Step 3: Heat oil in large wok over highest heat
  4. Step 4: Add chicken cook 4 minutes without moving until golden flip cook 2 more minutes remove to plate
  5. Step 5: Add garlic stir 30 seconds
  6. Step 6: Add vegetables stir fry 3 minutes keeping them slightly crispy
  7. Step 7: Return chicken add noodles and sauce
  8. Step 8: Toss everything together 1 to 2 minutes until sauce coats everything and thickens slightly
  9. Step 9: Top with sesame seeds serve immediately
