Ingredients
  

  • 600 g white fish fillets
  • tilapia cod or mahi mahi
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • Half cup sour cream
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro to serve
  • Hot sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Mix sour cream with juice of 1 lime set aside as sauce
  2. Step 2: Season fish with garlic powder smoked paprika salt and pepper both sides
  3. Step 3: Heat oil in pan over medium high heat
  4. Step 4: Cook fish 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden and flakes easily
  5. Step 5: Warm tortillas in dry pan 30 seconds each side
  6. Step 6: Break fish into large chunks
  7. Step 7: Load tortillas with fish shredded cabbage lime sour cream sauce
  8. Step 8: Top with cilantro and hot sauce serve with remaining lime wedges
