Method
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C or 425F
- Step 2: Toss peppers and onion with olive oil Italian seasoning garlic powder salt and pepper
- Step 3: Spread on large sheet pan in single layer
- Step 4: Place sausages on top
- Step 5: Roast 20 minutes turning sausages halfway through
- Step 6: Let rest 2 minutes
- Step 7: Serve with fresh basil over rice or in crusty rolls
