- Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C or 425F
- Step 2: Toss potatoes with olive oil garlic powder salt and pepper
- Step 3: Spread on sheet panroast 10 minutes
- Step 4: Add sausages to pan nestled among potatoes
- Step 5: Add rosemary sprigs
- Step 6: Roast 15 more minutes turning sausages once until cooked through and potatoes are golden
- Step 7: Serve immediately straight from pan
